Solid track session

Total for day: 10M

AM - Kew to Earls Court (5M) steady via the Chiswick Bridge
PM - 6 x 1000m (off 200 jog); with warm up and cool down =5M

Ran into Earls Court (to pick up my lost keys from the Police Station...) steady.

Took the session hard tonight. Probably my best set of 1ks in a good while. Forgot the watch which didn't help, but the brain back up gives:

One of those 'zone sessions' where I felt stronger as it went on. Didn't take that extra surge on tired legs to go eye balls out on the last one, it just kinda happened. Wish it always felt like that. Nothing quite like that feeling of coming of the last bend with the tightness in the hamstrings, heart pounding, feeling alive to the point of sweat literally bouncing off the skin as the spikes grip into the tartan. Beautiful... Good group too. Finished off with 8 x 80m up half of Parliament Hill.
