Run to work, eat, work, run home, sleep. That somehow seems to account for a large proportion of my time. Here I attempt to make a little sense of it.

Thu 13/2 - 14M - Battersea Session
6 x 2.8k / 1k - all average 3.33-3.34. Great session, possibly best ever. Ran last set solo, and still ran a 3.33, felt stronger, ups and downs, but consistent and didn't take on that much fuel/drink, had prepared well and ran strongly
