Euston Station to Kew Gardens - 4.30 min/k
Standard Weds eve run back from Euston station. Always good to look forward too, lots going on in London at this time of day. Got back into London a little later than the standard Weds time (19:25), but there's still lots going on which always makes it an entertaining jaunt. Down the Euston Road to Baker St, through to the Edgware Road (2 miles) and down through Paddington to the Bayswater Road (3.5) before heading through Notting Hill (5 miles) and down into Shepherds Bush picking up the Goldhawk Rd through to Turnham Green (7 miles), across Chiswick Common, Gunnersbury, Kew Bridge, Kew Green (8 miles) and Kew Gardens (c.8.5 miles - 9 in total if you include the jog from the wrong end of Euston st. platform). Definitely warmer than the last couple of nights but still not exactly toasty. Not a big mileage day, but enough to keep me on track. Big one tomorrow, 14 mile tempo back from the Wharf.
