Its hard to tell if the legs are still carrying any of the previous Sunday's effort. When running 10 miles in 1.10 it just isn't hard enough to feel if the fatigue is still drilled into them. Going to run the Bushy Park 5k tomorrow to try and get some speed back into them and use it as a good test of fitness. The big worry for me is that I'm concentrating too much on hitting the miles and neglecting the faster stuff that will make the 3.33-3.38 marathon pace feel easier.
Nice to be running while its getting light at 6am. Clocks go forward pretty soon so it'll end up getting dark again (earlier!). Albeit the Parks will at least be open into the evening.
