Lovely morning. I can smell the summer.
Back out at sunset, intending on an steadyish 16M, but it turned much more into a tempo with the pace varying between 3.50 min/k and 4.10 min/k and I did push it on for the last few. Felt strong enough that it felt OK to push on, and did consider doing a full 2 hr 45 min. But that's for tomorrow. Called it squits after 1 hr 55 min. Struggled to get enough liquid back on board into the evening. Particularly warm night. Great to be pounding around Richmond Park without anyone around. I don't think its that well known that the park is actually open 24/7. Over the 7 mile lap I saw one other person, out walking their dog and that was it.
