Run to work, eat, work, run home, sleep. That somehow seems to account for a large proportion of my time. Here I attempt to make a little sense of it. As Pre once said: "Running. No half times, no time outs, no substitutions. It must be the only true sport"

Thurs 9.5M total Back - The London Run Up
Batters - 1.5 lap hard, 1 lap, then half lap, hard. 1.5 steady (c.15k total, including jogs from train and back.). Disappointing not to be able to hold the planned 2 lap x 2 session pace, so held for as long as possible. Wore heavy trainers, legs felt relatively tired, but recovered quickly (last half lap of 2nd set was fairly speedy and felt strongish....
