Run to work, eat, work, run home, sleep. That somehow seems to account for a large proportion of my time. Here I attempt to make a little sense of it.

Forced Run
5M - very slow River run from Kew to Richmond
One of those days where you need to 'force it'. Got the 'down the stairs feeling' with the legs, sore to touch and all that...
Best way to work it out though is to run it out, albeit slowly.
