Miles 1-4 easy (4.30 min/k pace)
Miles 4-10 brisk (4.00 min/k pace)
Miles 10-15 full out (3.20-3.40 min/k)
15-23 easy (4.30 min/k pace)
Felt strong, if not on my knees after this one. Mixing it up like this in the middle is good, but it doesn't half make the last 7 or 8 feel harder than they should.
Good to know I've had 2 weeks worth of almost marathon distance though - even if not all at race pace.
