Training week

Total: 22M
AM - 12M long loop out to and around Richmond Park
PM - 10M shorter loop through Richmond Park

Steady runs at between 3.50 and 4.30 min/k pace. Still a little niggle in the left knee, but don't think its too much to worry about. One of those that eases up with miles. Just need to keep it stretched out.
