Thu 16/1 - 13M - Thursday, 20 x 1k (MP+few %, 6 min/mi).

13M Great session, legs heavy after track Tues (and tight calves). 3.26-3.29 "on", 3.46 "off".

Aerobically ok, just legs that begin to feel it.  Need to get slightly more cushion shoe for these vs. Adios as the left knee took a hammering and pushed it back a little (jumpers knee).  Big high, but left knee a little worry. Will take it easy in Scotland (sleeper train up there) and lots of stretches...
