Run to work, eat, work, run home, sleep. That somehow seems to account for a large proportion of my time. Here I attempt to make a little sense of it.

Tuesday - session
10M total (Temple in, Highgate track, 20 x 400m). 400s in 72-73s, last one in 68s. Got into the zone, felt very strong and got quicker in the 2nd ten where the recovery dipped to 30s..
